KOREAN BARBECUE: You grill your own meat in front of you and enjoy it with a variety of side dishes. The Korean way to eat it is wrapping rice, meat, vegetables, and sauces around the lettuce leaves (called SSAM). Great with Soju.

Seoulciology, why?
As a student of Sociology for the last 4 years and a student of culture, life, tradition, and people for all my life, I want to really take and give a strong glimpse at what it means for this WOC to invest her time and passion into a foreign culture. Foreign for her, Foreign for the U.S.
Let the Seoul searching begin. :)
